Job summary

Amphenol Communications Solutions (ACS) seeks a dynamic Team Lead Product Marketing Manager to direct product marketing initiatives, mentor a team of product marketers, and drive business growth across the United States. This role reports to the North American Regional Product Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities include strategic leadership, portfolio strategy, and close collaboration with engineering, sales, and supply chain to launch new products and optimize revenue opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering or related field; MBA preferred.
• 7–10+ years in product marketing or management in tech, telecom/datacom, or electronics.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams and direct reports.
• Record of driving revenue growth with GTM strategies and product initiatives.
• Experience with sales organizations, accounts, and channel partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of product marketing professionals across the NA region.
• Translate business strategies into actionable plans and execution.
• Own portfolio strategy and collaborate with engineering on new products.
• Build senior customer relationships and advise key OEM/ODM accounts.
• Partner with global marketing, sales, and cross-functional teams on launches.
• Oversee pipeline management, forecasting, and risk mitigation.
