Job summary

Lumen is seeking a highly organized Lead Product Marketing Manager to join our core Marketing team in Idaho. You will drive product marketing strategies, develop content and collateral, and collaborate with product, IT, and customer service teams to ensure successful delivery of Lumen digital products.

You will work closely with the Director of Product Marketing and cross-functional stakeholders to analyze market trends, shape messaging, and support campaigns and sales initiatives that grow

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Product Marketing or a related field.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and data to support marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to product marketing strategy across Lumen Connectivity.
• Develop content, collateral, and materials for launches.
• Create and update content for external websites including product pages.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategy and execution.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
• Support marketing campaigns and incentive programs to drive revenue.
