Job summary

Lumen is seeking a Lead Product Marketing Manager to guide content and strategy for its Connectivity digital products. You will partner with the Director of Product Marketing and cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and aligned go-to-market plans.

You will develop compelling collateral, optimize product pages, and gather market insights to shape messaging and campaigns that grow sales and revenue for Lumen Connectivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Product Marketing or a related field.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and data to support marketing strategies.

The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Lead Product Marketing Manager to join our core Marketing team at Lumen. This role involves executing product marketing strategies and supporting the overall product marketing efforts. You will work closely with the Director of Product Marketing, relevant product leaders, and other cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of our Lumen digital products.

Compensation

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

Location Based Pay Ranges

$84,629 - $112,838 in these states: AL AR AZ FL GA IA ID IN KS KY LA ME MO MS MT ND NE NM OH OK PA SC SD TN UT VT WI WV WY

$88,860 - $118,480 in these states: CO HI MI MN NC NH NV OR RI

$93,092 - $124,122 in these states: AK CA CT DC DE IL MA MD NJ NY TX VA WA
