Job summary

Microchip Technology in the United States is seeking a senior marketing leader to own the product line strategy for its Secure Computing Group. You will drive long-term roadmaps with engineering teams and translate customer needs into strategic investments across the security portfolio.

You will partner with Product Management, Systems Engineering, and Architecture to accelerate design wins, manage lifecycle, and plan launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical/computer engineering, computer science, or related field.
• 10+ years in semiconductor product marketing, management, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of hardware security, cryptographic principles, Root of Trust, and secure embedded systems.
• Experience driving design wins and managing strategic customer relationships.
• Understanding of go-to-market processes and product lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Lead product line strategy, customer engagement, and growth initiatives across security portfolio.
• Drive roadmaps with Product Management, System Engineering, and Architecture teams.
• Translate market needs into product investments and business cases.
• Develop pricing strategies and competitive positioning frameworks.
• Present roadmaps and value propositions to customers and executives.
• Build account-based growth plans with regional sales and field teams.
• Collaborate with worldwide organizations and industry bodies.
