Senior Product Marketer, Center Expansion Marketing

Humana’s Primary Care Organization (PCO) is seeking a Senior Product Marketer to play a pivotal role in the Center Expansion marketing team, vital to the success and growth of the PCO. In this role, you will help lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive new patient growth for our DeNovo clinics through a strategic marketing plan, including tactics to enhance brand visibility and event planning.

Reporting to the Associate Director of Center Expansion Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies aligned with business goals to fuel new clinic growth. You will create multi-channel marketing plans, from initial planning through execution of media plans and grand opening events, ensuring strategies are tailored to local market dynamics. You’ll collaborate with internal teams—sales, operations, clinical departments—to drive effective campaigns that enhance patient acquisition and build brand recognition. You will also manage relationships with external partners and oversee vendor engagement to ensure seamless campaign delivery. Additionally, you will provide strategic insights to evolve marketing approaches based on performance data and market feedback.

Key Role Functions
  1. Lead the development and execution of Center Expansion events and activities to drive patient acquisition.
  2. Oversee event logistics, ensuring seamless execution and positive stakeholder experiences, resolving issues as needed.
  3. Collaborate with agency and vendor partners to inform and execute marketing plans for center expansion.
  4. Ensure internal team alignment, including sales, operations, and clinical staff, with overall business goals.
  5. Support the acquisition marketing strategy for DeNovo clinics with targeted campaigns for each market.
  6. Analyze performance reports and share insights to help market partners track progress and measure impact.
  7. Integrate internal and external strategic inputs for ongoing planning and optimization.

The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, strong marketing and event planning expertise, and the ability to collaborate across teams to achieve both short- and long-term objectives.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of experience in business strategy, marketing, digital marketing, or media marketing
  • Event planning experience
  • Ability to travel frequently during peak times
  • Proven success in driving customer engagement with new products, services, or experiences
  • Strong data-driven marketer with insights development skills
  • Persuasive storytelling and communication skills with senior leadership
  • Expertise in marketing frameworks and strategic planning
  • Highly collaborative with excellent relationship-building skills
  • Experience managing multiple projects within budget
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Travel may be frequent (up to once a month). Internet requirements: minimum 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds, with specific provisions for remote work, including potential stipends for internet expenses in certain states.
