Job summary

NextLabs is seeking a Product Manager to join the product management team to expand NextLabs Zero Trust Data Centric Security and policy enforcement product suite. This individual will help in technical investigation, specify requirements for policy enforcement across applications, protocols, and systems, and coordinate cross-functional projects with teams across geographies.

The Product Manager will also participate in Sales, Marketing, and Business Development efforts to position products,

Qualifications

• Engineering/Computer Science degree or equivalent experience. MBA is a plus.
• 5+ years of work experience with enterprise applications in product development, product management, technical sales, enterprise architect, or solutions architect roles.
• Experience and knowledge of security and database technology.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and experience with cloud services, web applications, databases/big data, Windows/Java-based apps.
• Familiarity with data security, IAM, database, big data, GRC, ERP, and information management technologies.
• Experience designing UI mockups and interactions.
• Proficient in creating MRDs and detailed PRDs.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience working with cross-functional and cross-geography teams using Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap of NextLabs product lines.
• Lead efforts to expand the product line and drive new features.
• Define and deliver world-class zero trust data security solutions.
• Serve as SME and interact with customers, partners, and analysts.
• Support sales with presentations and demonstrations.
• Contribute to product collateral, brochures, datasheets, and website content.
• Create compelling sales tools, messaging, positioning, and demos.
• Collaborate with other PMs and engineers to define market-winning features.
• Work with engineering to ensure on-time, high-quality releases.
• Partner with UX and communications teams to deliver strong user experiences.
