Qualifications

• Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product goals, strategy, and roadmap for YouTube’s User Quality ranking systems.
• Partner with Engineering and Data Science to refine ranking models and auction dynamics.
• Lead technical execution to deploy ML and predictive engagement models across YouTube surfaces.
• Drive metrics and experimentation with KPIs and A/B tests to guide decisions.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to communicate plans and results.
