Job summary

ProDriven Global Brands in Charlotte, NC seeks a Senior Product Manager for Work Vehicle Solutions to translate customer needs into a differentiated product portfolio. You’ll own the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle, lead cross-functional teams, and drive commercialization and financial performance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in product management or related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Experience managing a portfolio of initiatives with competing resources.
• Proven ability to translate customer needs into product requirements and business cases.
• Travel 20–30% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of assigned products and categories.
• Translate customer needs into product and application requirements; monitor quality and performance.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with engineering, operations, sales, marketing, finance, supply chain, and quality.
• Define commercialization requirements, pricing inputs, and business cases.
• Drive revenue, margin, and portfolio performance through data-driven decisions.
