Job summary

WHOOP seeks a Senior Product Manager to shape the evolution of our foundational sensing algorithms that translate sensor data into trusted physiological measurements. You will own the product strategy and roadmap for core measurement capabilities, ensuring accuracy, robustness, and strong performance in real-world conditions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience in consumer health, wearables, sensing, ML, or related domains.
• Experience with sensor data, algorithms, or quantitative models and ability to engage with engineering/scientific teams on performance, validation, and tradeoffs.
• Strong analytical instincts and ability to work with data to identify opportunities and make informed decisions.
• Exceptional product judgment balancing rigor, complexity, impact, and speed.

Responsibilities

• Define best-in-class sensing and own strategy and roadmap to improve accuracy, reliability, and robustness across real-world conditions.
• Establish success criteria and tradeoffs across accuracy, coverage, responsiveness, power, and member experience.
• Lead cross-functional strategy of sensing capabilities across Sensor Intelligence, ML, Hardware, and Embedded; align priorities and validation for launches.
• Identify high-impact opportunities using field data, validation, feedback, and benchmarking to drive improvements.
• Turn sensing advances into member value by coordinating with Product to improve foundational signals.
• Shape future sensing by identifying new algorithmic capabilities to expand measurement and product opportunities.
