Job summary

CHANEL, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager for the Watches & Fine Jewelry category to lead a high-performing sales team and drive business results.

You will partner with the Boutique Director, coach staff, train on CHANEL savoir faire, and champion exceptional client experiences that reflect the House's heritage.

This on-site role requires at least 5 years of related experience, a bachelor’s degree, and a passion for luxury retail, with opportunities to build enduring client relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related experience in luxury retail or product management.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to train and develop staff on product, service, and brand rituals.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive business for Watches & Fine Jewelry category.
• Coach and inspire a sales team to deliver elevated client experiences.
• Collaborate with Boutique Director and Home Office buying team on assortment and planning.
• Lead with KPIs, analyze performance, and implement improvements.
• Represent CHANEL in the market and build client relationships through events and partnerships.
