Code Metal in the United States is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the WarMatrix wargaming suite. You will translate complex simulation capabilities into tangible products for customers, engineers, and leadership.

You will partner with Design and Engineering to shape strategy, roadmaps, and success metrics, ensuring clear communication and high-impact outcomes in a fast-moving, security-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• Experience owning software products from discovery through launch in a technical B2B, enterprise, or platform environment.
• Rapidly learns new industries, technologies, and customer domains to lead effectively.
• Strong customer discovery and user research skills translating insights into strategy.
• Excellent product judgment with strong prioritization in uncertain contexts.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Engineering and Design as equal partners.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into intuitive product experiences.
• Experience defining product strategy using customer insights, business goals, and constraints.
• Outstanding communication skills influencing stakeholders across audiences.
