  • Define product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and success metrics aligned with customer outcomes and company objectives
  • Translate user needs, technical capabilities, and business priorities into clear product requirements and well-defined initiatives
  • Partner closely with Design to lead user-centered discovery, validate concepts, and ensure solutions solve meaningful customer problems before development begins
  • Work side-by-side with Engineering to understand technical tradeoffs, shape implementation approaches, and make informed prioritization decisions throughout development
  • Make thoughtful tradeoffs between customer value, technical complexity, speed, and long-term platform investments
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Design, Leadership, and customers to ensure shared understanding and successful execution
  • Use qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate product performance and continuously improve user outcomes
  • Clearly communicate product decisions, priorities, and rationale across technical and non-technical audiences
