Alight Solutions Ltd is seeking a Senior Product Manager to define and deliver digital experiences that simplify processes, improve decision-making, and create measurable value for clients and participants. You will partner with Design, Engineering, Data, AI, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities and drive outcomes.

This role combines customer insight, business acumen, product strategy, and cross-functional leadership, with opportunities to apply AI responsibly and leverage

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management, benefits administration, healthcare, retirement, HR technology, operations, consulting, technology, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated ability to translate customer, business, or operational needs into solutions and measurable outcomes.
• Experience prioritizing competing needs, making tradeoffs, and influencing decisions across cross-functional teams.
• Analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools to improve productivity, analysis, communication, or decision-making.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to help define and deliver digital experiences that simplify complex processes, improve decision-making, and create measurable value for clients and participants.

This role combines customer insight, business acumen, product strategy, and cross-functional leadership. You will work closely with Design, Engineering, Architecture, Data, AI, Operations, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities, define solutions, and drive product outcomes.

What You'll Do

Own Product Strategy and Outcomes

• Own the roadmap, priorities, and success measures for assigned products and capabilities.
• Understand customer, business, operational, and market needs.
• Translate strategy into clear product direction, priorities, and measurable outcomes.
• Prioritize opportunities based on customer value and business impact.

Lead Product Discovery and Definition

• Identify and validate customer, business, and operational opportunities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define valuable, usable, feasible, and scalable solutions.
• Define product requirements, business rules, experience expectations, and success measures.
• Make informed product decisions and tradeoffs.

Drive Product Execution and Continuous Improvement

• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver product capabilities.
• Ensure priorities, requirements, and success measures are clear.
• Monitor product performance and use customer feedback and data to improve outcomes.
• Drive product improvements based on measurable results.

Leverage AI to Accelerate Product Innovation

• Use approved AI tools to improve research, analysis, planning, documentation, and communication.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI, automation, analytics, and personalization within products.
• Use AI responsibly, validate outputs, and maintain accountability for product decisions.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management, benefits administration, healthcare, retirement, HR technology, operations, consulting, technology, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated ability to translate customer, business, or operational needs into solutions and measurable outcomes.
• Experience prioritizing competing needs, making tradeoffs, and influencing decisions across cross-functional teams.
• Analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools to improve productivity, analysis, communication, or decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications

• Product management experience owning digital products, platforms, or capabilities.
• Experience with product discovery, roadmap development, requirements definition, and product optimization.
• Benefits, healthcare, retirement, leave management, employee experience, HR technology, or enterprise SaaS experience.
• Experience with configurable, multi-client platforms.
• Experience with AI-enabled products, analytics, automation, personalization, or digital assistants.

Salary Pay Range

Minimum : 110,000.00 USD

Maximum : 122,000.00 USD
