Job summary

Business Needs Inc in Raleigh seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead the transformation of Vendor Incentives from manual processes to an automated platform. You will own product strategy, roadmap, requirements, and delivery across Merchandising, Finance, Accounting, Legal, and Technology teams.

Qualifications

8+ years of Product Management, Enterprise Systems, or Business Transformation experience.
Proven experience leading initiatives involving Vendor Incentives, Rebates, Trade Funding, Revenue Management, and Contract Lifecycle Management.
Hands-on experience with Ironclad or similar contract management platforms.
Experience designing and implementing automated inbound and outbound data integrations.
Strong understanding of product hierarchies, vendor master data, pricing systems, merchandising processes, and financial operations.
Experience integrating Oracle ERP and other enterprise platforms.
Ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional programs spanning Finance, Accounting, Merchandising, Legal, and Technology teams.
