Job summary

Job Description

• Leadproductstrategyandroadmapforuncrewedsystemsacrossafullsoftware-hardwarestack.
• Driveintegrationofcommunicationsanddata-routingtechnologiesintoair,ground,andmaritimeplatforms.
• Collaboratewithengineeringteams(mechanical,electrical,software,manufacturing)todeliverrugged,field-readysystems.
• Managegovernment-fundedR&Dprograms—includingmilestones,deliverables,andstakeholdercoordination.
• Partnerwithgo-to-marketandbusinessdevelopmentteamstosupportprogramproposalsandcustomeradoption.
• Buildstrongtechnicalrelationshipswithcustomers,vendors,andintegrationpartnerswithinthedefenseandaerospaceecosystem.

Qualifications

• Provenexperiencemanagingcomplex,cross-functionalproductdevelopment—ideallyinastartuporearly-stageenvironment.
• Hands-onexperiencewithuncrewedsystems(UAS,autonomous,orrobotics)—especiallyintegratinghardwareandsoftwarecomponents.
• FamiliaritywithSDKs,APIs,andembeddedsystemintegrationstrategies.
• Strongtechnicalfluency—comfortablecollaboratingwithbothengineersandoperators.
• Experiencesupportingormanaginggovernment-fundedprograms(SBIR,CRADA,APFIT,etc.)isamajorplus.
• Excellentorganizational,communication,andproblem-solvingskills.
