Job summary

Okta is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the UI Platform to own the foundational UI framework, design systems, localization/globalization, and accessibility standards across our workforce identity products.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration with global engineering, design, and research teams to deliver scalable, high-quality infrastructure and a cohesive developer experience, with execution centered in North America.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of Product Management experience in enterprise-scale SaaS or core software infrastructure.
• BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent technical experience.
• Proven ability to translate ambiguous inputs into actionable plans and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Define and champion the technical evolution of the UI framework.
• Own platform roadmap across design systems, globalization, and accessibility.
