Charles Schwab's Digital Wealth & Advisor Platforms (DWAP) organization seeks a Senior Product Manager (individual contributor) to own a strategic Trading Platform domain and translate business strategy into executable product outcomes, partnering with technology, operations, investment management, compliance, and product leadership.

Qualifications

8+ years in Product Management with ownership of complex digital or platform products.
Strong trading domain knowledge across order lifecycle and trading workflows.
Proven Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
Exposure to AI-enabled features or data-driven product capabilities.
Ability to lead without authority in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

Own a strategic Trading Platform domain and drive roadmap and prioritization.
Define product requirements, business rules, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
Lead backlog strategy and cross-team prioritization.
Deliver from discovery through production stabilization.
Ensure alignment of roadmap with business objectives and engineering capacity.
Serve as primary product decision-maker for assigned capabilities.
