Job summary

Corintis, headquartered on the EPFL Campus in St. Sulpice, seeks a senior Product Manager to own Glacierware's product direction and roadmaps. You will guide the simulation suite, its algorithms and software teams, and ensure releases deliver measurable value to thermal engineers.

You will work across Engineering, Solutions, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success to translate customer needs into focused opportunities and measurable outcomes. Travel within USA, Canada and Europe is supported.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management for complex engineering software (simulation/EDA).
• Experience turning internal tools into external products and roadmaps.
• Ability to own multi-quarter strategy, roadmaps, and lifecycle decisions.
• Strong written and spoken English with cross‑functional influence.
• Willingness to travel within USA, Canada, and Europe.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the 1–3 year vision and prioritized Glacierware roadmap.
• Own go-to-market strategy and execution for Corintis software products.
• Lead customer discovery with engineers using the product.
• Maintain a single, transparent backlog covering features, bugs, and tech debt.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Solutions, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success.
