Job description

Senior Product Manager - Technical, Identity

Job ID: 10503966 | Amazon.com Services LLC

We are seeking a customer-focused product manager to join our team to build new trend setting products in the Identity space building CX experiences. This PM will own end to end delivery of the new service from conception to launch to ensure we are providing customer obsessed experiences for our customers when they interact with the product. This team has a "Work Hard, Have Fun, Make History." attitude. On a typical day, our product managers might deep dive into metrics to root cause a customer issue, define and prioritize the roadmap, partner with various partner teams and stakeholders, consult with the top engineers and designers at Amazon, define and report business metrics, discuss radical new approaches to building and operating at scale, the list goes on. You will be surrounded by people who are incredibly smart, passionate about Identity, and believe that we are only scratching the surface of what our applications can really do to help customers everywhere. Do you want to help define the future of how Amazon customers authenticate on devices ranging from desktop computers to mobile phones to TVs to cameras and smart home appliances to Alexa? Can you help Amazon create compelling user experiences that help our customers rely less on passwords? Our team is known internally as the Identity Services team. You experience us every day as a customer when you sign in, forget your password, or Login with Amazon on a 3P site. We own a highly trafficked part of the customer experience that is critical to ensuring customers can enjoy various Amazon products like Retail, Alexa, Echo, Prime Video, and Amazon Pay on various surfaces like desktop, mobile, and mobile web. Mentorship and Career Growth Our team is dedicated to supporting new team members. Our team has a broad mix of experience levels and Amazon tenures, and we're building an environment that celebrates knowledge sharing and mentorship. Our PMs truly enjoy mentoring and on-boarding new team members through one-on-one mentoring and thorough, but kind, doc reviews. We care about your career growth. We take your career goals and objectives into account when deciding ownership areas for team members - that helps each team member develop into a better-rounded PM and enable them to take on more complex features and services in the future.
