QXO is North America’s largest distributor and installer of insulation, the second-largest distributor of roofing products, the second-largest publicly traded distributor of lumber and building materials, and the largest distributor of waterproofing products. What you'll do:

As a Senior Product Manager, Technical (Analytic Platform), you will take QXO's unified analytics and AI platform, from early adopters to company-wide use. We are building the analytic platform to give executives, branch managers, sellers and analysts one trusted place for dashboards, data apps and natural language questions on certified data. You will own the platform roadmap from the next phase through general availability, partnering with platform engineering, data, design, security and AI engineering teams, and with business leaders who depend on the numbers every day.

Your work will make the platform fast, secure, affordable and trusted at scale, with permissions that follow the organization, pages that load in seconds, controlled cost per page view, reliable releases, and an AI assistant that answers from governed data or declines. You will run launches cohort by cohort, align stakeholders across the business, and measure success by weekly active use and trust, not by launches.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the Platform Roadmap: Develop and communicate the vision, strategy and roadmap for the analytic platform from the next phase through general availability, aligned with engineering, data and business leaders.
  • Lead Launches and Rollouts: Plan and run each launch and user cohort end to end, including scope, launch audience, go or no-go criteria, communications, training, support and post-launch follow-up.
  • Deliver the Table Stakes: Define requirements for access and permissions, performance, cost controls, freshness, reliability, release and rollback, and usage instrumentation, and hold every release to clear launch gates.
  • Align Stakeholders: Partner with executives, business leaders and analysts to stack rank dashboards and data apps, keep one home for every metric, and turn feedback into the roadmap.
  • Scale Access Safely: Work with security and identity teams on role-based and row-level access tied to the organization hierarchy, plus access requests and approvals.
  • Bring Trusted AI to Users: Partner with AI engineering on natural language questions and insights, with evaluations, accuracy bars and guardrails agreed before each expansion.
  • Consolidate Legacy Reporting: Inventory legacy reports and BI tools by usage and lead migration waves onto the platform.
  • Data-driven Decision Making: Define success metrics such as weekly active users, page speed, cost per page view, freshness and permission accuracy, and use them to drive continuous improvement.
