Job summary

Amazon's Tax Services division is seeking a Senior Product Manager - Technical to lead the Tax Calculation platform's roadmap and features. You will collaborate with engineering, design, tax, and legal to deliver high-impact solutions across Amazon's marketplaces and external entities.

You'll define success metrics, drive end-to-end delivery, and translate complex tax rules into scalable product behavior in a fast-moving, high-visibility role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product or program management experience or similar roles.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and end-to-end delivery.
• Experience with technical products or online services and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to articulate customer needs and business impact at executive levels.

Responsibilities

• Influence the development and execution of high-quality feature roadmaps.
• Explain impact of features on accuracy and performance of the Tax Calculation product.
• Make trade-off decisions among user experience, scope, and time to market.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and business teams to plan and deliver.
• Create detailed user stories with acceptance criteria for specs and architecture.
• Define metrics to measure product success.
