TriNet is seeking a Lead Product Manager to research, design, and drive product solutions that support client needs, employees, and colleagues. You will own product and go-to-market strategies, conduct market research, and translate requirements into a prioritized roadmap.

Collaboration spans Marketing, Sales, Strategy, Legal, Design, and Engineering. The role requires building business cases, steering go-to-market plans, and mentoring other PMs while ensuring alignment with TriNet's corporate

Qualifications

• Experience with Agile development methodologies, like Scrum (Advanced proficiency).
• Process and metrics-driven product management approach (Advanced proficiency).
• Experience driving large, complex change efforts and generating results through influence, persuasion, and relationships (Intermediate).
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills; ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
• Able to balance strategic goals with micro-level dependencies and drive product roadmap adoption.

Responsabilités

• Establishes product vision, strategy and roadmap aligned to company goals.
• Leads product life cycle from strategic planning to execution; manages cross-functional teams.
• Presents roadmap to leadership; performs market research and defines requirements.
• Guides discovery with Design, Engineering and others to deliver product features.
• Develops business cases and goes-to-market plans; leads rollout and launches.
