Job summary

Meso Scale Diagnostics (MSD) is seeking a Product Manager to oversee product management, marketing and commercialization of MSD products, driving revenue and profit goals. The role involves evaluating industry trends, defining customer needs, and developing detailed product requirements for future product launches.

You will lead cross-functional teams, develop marketing campaigns, and manage launches while ensuring alignment with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required; PhD strongly preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in developing and commercializing products in Life Science Research or Clinical markets.
• Experience with ISO/cGMP/CLIA or similar regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep knowledge of customer requirements and competitive environment to achieve sustainable advantage.
• Monitor the competitive environment; perform competitive product analysis and develop tactics against competition.
• Develop, execute and monitor product line plans; create marketing collateral and campaigns for assays and applications.
• Identify, develop and launch new product offerings.
• Collaborate with Global Sales, Sales, Scientific Support, Customer Service and Finance to improve marketing effectiveness and customer loyalty.
