Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking a Principal/Sr. Principal Product Manager for Software and Digital Platforms.

This senior IC role defines products and translates market needs into executable requirements, driving alignment across business units, engineering, and program teams. It serves as a technical and commercial bridge between vertical end-markets and SW, Digital, and AI teams. The role partners with engineering to refine requirements, plan roadmaps, and enable reusable software components

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field required.
7+ years in product management or related roles.
Experience with embedded software, firmware, or software-enabled hardware.

Responsibilities

Translate business needs into product requirements for SW, Digital, and AI platforms.
Define scope, use cases, and priorities for software offerings and platform capabilities.
Collaborate with engineering to ensure usability, scalability, and reuse across markets.
Develop roadmaps and balance customer demand, value, feasibility, and resources.
Create business cases and assess development effort, costs, and lifecycle implications.
Define the product lifecycle from concept to launch, support, and end of life.
Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather insights and shape direction.
Partner with program management to provide priorities and roadmap visibility.
Influence platform strategy to standardize components and improve developer experience.
