Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience as a Product Manager driving complex initiatives from discovery through delivery.
• Deep understanding of customer needs and competitive trends, using qualitative and quantitative data.
• Collaborative communicator who inspires action across teams.
• Understanding of sales, marketing, finance and legal to balance value with business constraints.

Responsibilities

• Lead product squads as product owner, prioritizing backlog with design and engineering.
• Create a connected ecosystem by integrating Hudl offerings for the market.
• Drive discovery to validate value and usability and guide releases to market.
• Shape product strategy by assessing customer value, viability, and long-term platform roadmap.
• Design AI-powered workflows to automate tasks and reduce operational friction.
• Coordinate with customer success, sales, partnerships, legal, finance and support.
