Job summary

RealPage powers STRATIS IoT, a connected living platform for multifamily. We need a product manager to own initiatives across access control and IoT, and to drive partner APIs and smart water strategies.

You will define scope, PRDs, and KPIs; pilot initiatives with ProductOps, and translate customer insights into well-scoped requirements for engineering. Monitoring KPIs for adoption and client satisfaction is essential.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years B2B SaaS product management experience, owning features end-to-end.
• Knowledge of access control hardware (BLE, NFC, RFID) and cloud platforms.
• Strong documentation skills for BRDs/PRDs and ability to present to senior leadership.
