Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Management to lead the Shadow Validation and tooling effort for the Card program. You will define the product strategy and governance to ensure data parity across systems and act as the Product Owner overseeing tools intercepting real-time traffic.

The role requires translating business strategy into consumer-facing digital products and guiding cross-functional teams to deliver measurable value while mitigating product risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a quantitative field or related field.
• OR Bachelor's degree with 4 years of Product Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Shadow Validation and parallel processing tooling for the Card program.
• Define product strategy and governance to ensure data and ledger parity between systems.
• Act as Product Owner overseeing tools that intercept real-time production traffic and reconcile data differences.
• Provide quantitative proof of production readiness.
