Job summary

Honeycomb, a distributed company, seeks to advance observability and empower large teams with scalable product features for enterprise customers. You will own driving outcomes from user setup to account growth, collaborating closely with engineering and design in a triad-based model.

You’ll engage with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to build relationships and lead technically rich conversations. A user-centric advocate, you’ll translate pains into product improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own driving the work and outcomes on core product features for enterprise customers, including setup for new users and teams and expanding accounts with scalable tools.
• Solve problems around automated lifecycle management, APIs at scale, IAC, and needs of large teams as they grow with Honeycomb.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and design in a triad-based working model.
• Build relationships and facilitate impactful technical conversations across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Empathically understand users, identify pains and delights, and advocate for their needs.

• You’ll solve problems around automated lifecycle management, APIs at scale, IAC, and the needs particular to “big teams” as they grow with Honeycomb.
• You’ll collaborate closely with engineering and design in a triad-based working model.
