Job summary

VF Corporation is seeking a Principal Product Manager, Group Reporting in Greensboro, NC to define and deliver enterprise financial consolidation and external reporting capabilities through SAP Group Reporting. You will lead the transition from legacy consolidation processes, establish a centralized reporting model, and provide a single source of truth for global reporting and compliance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise consolidation and financial reporting.
• Experience with SAP Group Reporting and BPC Consolidation or similar EPM.
• Strong knowledge of S/4 HANA and corporate accounting processes.
• Experience supporting publicly traded company reporting requirements.
• Proven success leading workstreams within global technology implementations.

Responsibilities

• Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for SAP Group Reporting.
• Lead global consolidation and statutory reporting initiatives.
• Partner with accounting, SEC reporting, and regional controllers.
• Ensure SOX compliance and data governance for reporting.
• Manage vendor and internal delivery teams, driving adoption.
