Job summary

VF Corporation in Greensboro, NC seeks a Principal Product Manager, Group Reporting to own and evolve enterprise consolidation and external reporting via SAP Group Reporting. You will lead transitions from legacy systems, establish a centralized reporting model, and deliver a single source of truth for global financial reporting and compliance.

You will partner with Corporate Accounting, SEC Reporting, Finance Operations and Internal Audit to standardize global reporting, ensure SOX compliance,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience supporting enterprise consolidation and financial reporting solutions.
• Expertise in SAP Group Reporting, BPC Consolidation, or similar EPM platforms such as S/4 HANA.
• Strong understanding of corporate accounting, consolidation, and financial close processes.
• Experience supporting publicly traded company reporting requirements.
• Demonstrated success leading workstreams or product delivery efforts within global technology implementations.

Responsibilities

• Define vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for SAP Group Reporting and consolidation.
• Lead implementation of Group Consolidation, Legal Entity Reporting, Intercompany Eliminations, and Consolidated Financial Statements.
• Drive governance, SOX compliance, and data reconciliation in partnership with Audit and Finance teams.
