Job summary

VF Corporation is seeking a Principal Product Manager for Financial Planning (SAP Analytics Cloud). The role leads strategy, implementation, and migration from BPC to SAC-P across global planning, budgeting, forecasting, workforce and performance management.

You will partner with FP&A, Corporate Finance and regional leaders to drive adoption, data governance and self-service analytics while delivering agile planning enhancements and executive dashboards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of FP&A technology, EPM product management, or finance transformation.
• Experience with SAC Planning, Anaplan, Adaptive, Oracle EPM or similar.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and performance management knowledge.
• Experience leading workstreams in large-scale finance transformation.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the roadmap for the Financial Planning product domain aligned to Finance Tech strategy.
• Lead migration from legacy planning to SAC-P or future solutions.
• Oversee planning capabilities including budgeting, forecasting and workforce planning.
• Partner with FP&A, Corporate Finance, HR Finance and business units to drive adoption.
• Deliver data integration with enterprise reporting and dashboards.
