Job Description Summary

Supports the identification and development of product offerings for the business. Impacts approaches, projects, and programs within the functional area or affected business organization, influencing ways of working. Affects quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the team. Guided by commercial practices and policies, with significant control/influence over commercial priorities. Moderate autonomy to enter into/execute commercial arrangements, requiring high levels of commercial judgment.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives. Develops processes to meet business needs, participates in long-term planning, manages complex issues, and contributes to overall business strategy.
• Develops specialized knowledge of the latest commercial developments and enhances communication skills to influence others. Contributes to strategy and policy development and ensures delivery within the area of responsibility.
• Possesses in-depth knowledge of best practices, market differentiation, and how own area integrates with others.
• Uses judgment to make decisions on moderately complex tasks within projects, product lines, markets, sales, campaigns, or customers. Applies technical expertise and data analysis to support recommendations, utilizing internal and limited external sources.
• Acts as a resource for less experienced colleagues. May lead small projects with moderate risks, explaining sensitive information and building consensus. Developing persuasion skills to influence others within the field.

Required Qualifications

• Outside the USA: Significant experience in Product Management & Digital Product Management, comparable to a Master's degree or high school diploma with relevant experience.
• In the USA: Master's degree or a high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience.

Desired Characteristics

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to analyze and resolve problems. Experience in leading programs/projects, documenting, planning, marketing, and executing programs. Established project management skills.
