Job Description Summary

Supports the identification and development of product offerings for the business. Impacts approaches, projects, and programs within the functional area or affected business organization, influencing ways of working. Affects quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the team. Guided by commercial practices and policies, with significant control/influence over commercial priorities. The role involves moderate autonomy to enter into and execute commercial arrangements, requiring high levels of commercial judgment to achieve desired outcomes.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Accountable for functional, business, and broad company objectives. Develops processes to meet business needs, engages in long-term planning, manages complex issues within expertise, and contributes to overall business strategy.
2. Develops specialized knowledge of the latest commercial developments and communication skills to influence others. Contributes to strategy and policy development, ensuring delivery within the area of responsibility.
3. Possesses in-depth knowledge of best practices and understands how their area integrates with others; has working knowledge of market competition and differentiators.
4. Uses judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks within projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, campaigns, or customer interactions. Supports recommendations with data analysis and utilizes multiple internal and limited external sources.
5. Acts as a resource for less experienced colleagues. May lead small projects with moderate risks, explaining complex or sensitive information and working to build consensus. Developing persuasion skills to influence others within the field.

Required Qualifications

• Outside the USA: Significant experience in Product Management & Digital Product Management, with knowledge comparable to a Master's degree or a high school diploma with relevant experience.
• In the USA: Master's degree from an accredited institution or a high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience.

• Interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to analyze and resolve problems.
• Proven ability to lead programs/projects and document, plan, market, and execute them.
• Established project management skills.
