Job summary

Avive Solutions, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Senior Product Manager to oversee software products powering our connected AED ecosystem. This role translates customer needs, market opportunities, and business priorities into product requirements from design through production releases.

You will generate roadmaps, prioritize features, and collaborate with customers, sales, marketing, and the Design team. The position requires a BS degree and 4+ years of PM experience, with SaaS exposure.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering, Product Management, or equivalent combination of relevant coursework and job-related experience.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in Product Management.
• Experience managing SaaS or cloud software products with significant customer-facing UI/UX.
• Experience owning detailed product requirements and working closely with software development teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer needs, market opportunities, and business priorities into product solutions and priorities.
• Develop a cohesive product vision and roadmap for software products and communicate that roadmap effectively.
• Work closely with customers, internal stakeholders, sales & marketing, and customer success to prioritize the product backlog and create product requirements.
• Generate Product Requirements for implementation by the software engineering team. Iterate on those requirements and weigh tradeoffs from feedback in the development process.
• Provide inputs to and manage UI and UX design processes to completion in partnership with the Design team.
• Represent the customer experience. Identify, advocate for, and fill product gaps. Generate new ideas that make existing customers love our products and new customers have more reasons to use our products.
• Serve as a cross-functional point of contact. Be a clear communicator, and explain the reason behind decisions.
• Represent the company by visiting with and talking with customers to solicit feedback on company products and services.
• Define KPIs for product adoption, engagement, retention, and customer satisfaction.
• Measure and monitor feature success after launch and iterate based upon feedback.
