Avive Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager to oversee software products powering our connected AED ecosystem. You will translate customer needs, market opportunities, and business priorities into product roadmaps from design through production.

The role requires 3–4+ years in Product Management with SaaS or cloud UI/UX experience, and strong communication skills to collaborate across teams and with customers. Anticipated salary range is $165,000–$185,000 per year.

Qualifications

3–4+ years of Product Management experience, preferably with UX/UI focus.
Experience with SaaS or cloud software products with customer-facing UI/UX.
Ability to own detailed product requirements and collaborate with software teams.
Strong written and verbal communication; influence without authority.

Responsibilities

Translate customer needs and business priorities into product solutions and roadmaps.
Develop a cohesive vision and roadmap for software products and communicate it effectively.
Collaborate with customers, sales, marketing and customer success to prioritize the backlog and define product requirements.
Generate PRDs for the software team and iterate on requirements based on feedback.
Guide UI/UX design through the development process in partnership with the Design team.
Represent the customer experience and identify gaps to drive new ideas and adoption.
