Job summary

AMD is seeking a technically strong product leader to define the ROCm AI developer experience, shaping how developers discover, set up, and use AI software. You will collaborate across engineering, architecture, and marketing to identify personas, validate product-market fit, and translate insights into prioritized roadmaps and go-to-market programs.

You will drive requirements, versioning, and lifecycle decisions for ROCm AI components across AMD Instinct, Radeon, and Ryzen platforms,

Proven experience defining product strategy for developer tools and AI workflows.
Experience shaping technical product requirements from discovery to launch.
Strong ability to translate customer needs into measurable roadmaps.

Responsibilities

Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for ROCm AI and its dev experience.
Segment core personas and translate pain points into prioritized journeys.
Own requirements and prioritization across AMD Skills, ROCm CLI, and ROCm Console.
Coordinate with engineering to align roadmaps and release criteria.
Define versioning, compatibility, and lifecycle for ROCm AI components across AMD platforms.
Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify differentiation and opportunities.
Develop ecosystem partnerships for ROCm AI with agents, environments, and open-source projects.
Lead cross-functional launches with developer relations, marketing, and sales.
