Job summary

AMD seeks a technically strong product leader to drive ROCm AI, AMD’s AI-native developer experience, spanning skills, CLI, console, and agentic workflows. You will work with engineering, architecture, developer relations, and strategic customers to define personas, validate product-market fit, and translate insights into roadmaps and go-to-market programs.

You’ll partner across teams to deliver cohesive experiences from discovery to deployment, measure success by adoption and productivity, and

Qualifications

• Proven years of experience in product management and developer tools for AI/ML infrastructure.
• Experience defining personas, customer research, and product-market fit for technical products.
• Ability to translate complex AI concepts into concrete product requirements and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Define the product strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for ROCm AI and its developer experience.
• Segment core personas and translate pain points into prioritized journeys and deployments.
• Own requirements and prioritization across AMD Skills, ROCm CLI, ROCm Console, and AI workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and open-source communities to enable launches.
