Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading technical products from discovery to launch, adoption and lifecycle management.
• Ability to translate customer needs into clear product requirements and measurable outcomes.
• Experience building developer-focused products for ML engineers, platform teams, and data scientists.
• Familiarity with AI frameworks and model serving, observability, and software lifecycle management.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration without direct reporting lines.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for ROCm AI and integrated developer experiences.
• Segment core personas, validate product-market fit, and translate insights into prioritized journeys.
• Own requirements and prioritization across ROCm components and AI-driven workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering to align roadmaps, release criteria, and user experience.
• Develop ecosystem strategies for ROCm AI integration with tooling and environments.
• Partner with multiple orgs to plan launches, demos, and go-to-market programs.
• Represent ROCm AI in customer briefings, events, and open-source communities.
