Job summary

Poker Power seeks an experienced Product Manager to own the roadmap and strategy for our consumer mobile and web apps. You’ll research, plan, and sequence work, then present to the founder for input, ensuring meaningful weekly releases across surfaces.

You’ll write specs, define success metrics, oversee instrumentation, and partner with analytics to track retention and activation. A hybrid work model is offered with base pay shown below.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in consumer product management with strong mobile experience.
• Startup background with end-to-end ownership in small teams.
• Experience owning retention/engagement metrics for a consumer product.

Responsibilities

• Own roadmap and strategy, decide what gets built and when, with quarterly planning.
• Define app and web roles, move features from mobile to web as needed, ship weekly.
• Write specs, acceptance criteria, and success metrics, coordinate with engineering.
• Own app analytics, instrumentation, dashboards, and cohort retention reporting.
• Design and run user research, interviews, and usability sessions to inform decisions.
• Lead ASO and experimentation with hypothesis and kill criteria; manage releases.
