Job summary

Truveta Inc. in Seattle, WA, seeks an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the Research Operations product area within the Trusted Research Environment.

You will shape a modern platform enabling researchers to generate high‑quality real‑world evidence from large health data assets, with governance, transparency, and cost awareness built in. You will collaborate with Engineering, Design, Security, Finance, and Customer Success teams across Seattle and India to deliver shared platform

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management delivering technical software products.
• Ability to define product strategy and lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience building platform, enterprise SaaS, cloud, or other highly technical software products.
• Experience working in healthcare, life sciences, clinical research, or another regulated industry with governance, auditing, compliance requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; data-informed decision making.

Responsibilities

• Define the long‑term vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Research Operations product area.
• Balance researcher experience with enterprise administration, governance, and regulated customer requirements.
• Identify new platform capabilities that improve transparency, operational efficiency, and customer control across the Research Environment.
• Own and evolve foundational platform capabilities enabling researchers and organizations to confidently operate research.
• Lead products end‑to‑end from discovery to adoption and continuous improvement.
