Job summary

Truveta is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the Research Operations product area within the Trusted Research Environment. You will own the strategy, collaborate with engineering and design, and drive end-to-end delivery to enable researchers to generate high-quality real-world evidence from large health record datasets.

This role requires cross-functional leadership across Seattle and India, expertise in enterprise SaaS, security, governance, and turning complex workflows

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering technical software products.
• Ability to define product strategy and execute cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience with platform, enterprise SaaS, cloud, infrastructure products.
• Experience influencing cross-functional teams and aligning stakeholders around a shared product vision.
• Experience working with healthcare, life sciences, clinical research, or regulated industry and governance/auditing requirements.
• Strong systems thinking and communication skills.
• Experience using AI tools to improve product discovery, planning, and execution.

Responsibilities

• Define the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Research Operations product area.
• Balance researcher experience with enterprise administration, governance and regulated customer requirements.
• Identify platform capabilities that improve transparency, operational efficiency, and customer control.
• Lead end-to-end product delivery, partnering with Design and Engineering, and measure customer impact after release.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Security, Infrastructure, Finance, Customer Success, and Product teams across Seattle and India to scale the platform.
• Develop a deep understanding of researcher workflows and translate them into platform features.
