Job description

Join the team leading the next evolution of virtual care.

At Teladoc Health, you are empowered to bring your true self to work while helping millions of people live their healthiest lives.

Here you will be part of a high-performance culture where colleagues embrace challenges, drive transformative solutions, and create opportunities for growth. Together, we're transforming how better health happens.

Summary of Position

In your role as Senior Product Manager, Reporting & Analytics, you'll own and drive the strategy for client reporting and data delivery across the product portfolio, translating complex healthcare data into scalable, trusted solutions for our clients.

You'll work with key internal stakeholders and clients to understand reporting needs, solve complex data challenges and deliver impactful analytics that tell the Teladoc value story. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in Operations, Client Management and Data Science teams to ensure client-facing insights are accurate, consistent and grounded in trusted data across multiple source systems.

Beyond the role itself, this is how we work together every day:

  • Anchor on Value: Every initiative ties back to member or business impact - not activity for its own sake.

  • Bias for Action: Move with the best information available now. Drive with purpose, speed, and quality.

  • AI as a Force Multiplier: Use AI to scale judgment and throughput - it extends our people, it doesn't replace their ownership.

  • Trust and Verify: What looks right from one seat may not from another. Trust expertise, verify outcomes and impact.

  • Say It in the Room: Raise the concern or disagreement directly and early.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional and cross-enterprise teams in the development and execution of the product roadmap.

  • Continuously mindful of market, competitive, and operational data to identify opportunities for product enhancements, growth, and client value.

  • Create and own reporting strategy and roadmaps which captures the entire product lifecycle from conception to implementation.

  • Work collaboratively with Engineering Leads, Design Teams, Data Science, Operations and Customer Success teams to ensure roadmaps strike the right balance between business outcomes, customer needs, technology enablement and adoption.

  • Manage backlog, prioritize feature requests, and create user stories based on company goals and objectives.

  • Identify opportunities to create scalable client reporting and data delivery solutions across standard, configurable/self-service and custom reporting.

  • Lead calls with clients around reporting capabilities and upcoming reporting enhancements.

  • Partner closely with Data teams to trace, validate and reconcile data across source systems, ensuring accurate and consistent client-facing reporting and data outputs.

  • Performs data analytics in support of trend identification, initiative, program development, appropriate use of analytic tools, and validation through collaboration with other teams/departments.

Qualifications Expected for Position

  • Strong knowledge of data, analytics, and data visualization, with comfort working across technical data concepts including data models, source systems, file formats and data integrations, and translating business needs into technical requirements and specifications.

  • Hands-on experience building and delivering B2B healthcare or population health reporting for enterprise clients, with strong working knowledge of healthcare data, including claims, clinical and/or third-party data, and experience using reporting to demonstrate and quantify client value/ROI.

  • Demonstrated use of AI tools to accelerate product discovery, data exploration and problem-solving, with sound judgment around when AI is and is not the right solution.

  • Experience working with Tableau, Cognos, or similar Business Intelligence tools.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to distill complex concepts for a non-technical audience.

  • Ability to organize, analyze and synthesize large sets of data to influence strategic decisions.

  • Experience working closely with a diverse set of cross-functional teams and subjectmatter experts.
