OneSignal is seeking a Product Manager to own the roadmap for a product area, collaborating with engineering, design, and marketing to deliver impactful features. You will talk to customers, validate ideas with data, and drive end-to-end product experiences.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in product at scale, strong design and SQL/data analysis skills, and a proactive, business-minded approach to prioritization and delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years product experience at scale in tech or fast-growing startup.
• Strong design skills with at least one design tool (Figma).
• Strong technical orientation with quantitative background.
• Strong data analytics skills; SQL a bonus.
• Proven track record of delivering products at scale.
• Resourceful with autonomous work style and urgency.
• Business sense to quantify value of features and prioritize accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for your product area and prioritize impactful initiatives.
• Talk to customers to understand problems and translate into opportunities.
• Work cross-functionally to explore ideas and shape solutions.
• Validate hypotheses early; prototype and test to gather data.
• Dive into technical details of APIs and product.
• Lead a smart, motivated team to deliver loved features.
• Drive opportunities across product, org, and processes without handholding.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to drive field enablement and adoption.
