Job summary

CrowdStrike Holdings, Inc. is seeking a skilled Product Manager to lead the automated Red Teaming AI product that integrates with Falcon Guardian. You will own the strategy, dataset planning, and detector performance to help customers test AI workloads at scale.

The role demands collaboration with Data Science and Engineering, a strong security mindset, and the ability to drive cross-functional execution in a fast-moving environment. Hybrid work model with 2–3 days on-site in Sunnyvale, CA.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in cyber security, AI/ML, or related fields.
• Experience translating security workflows into product requirements and backlogs.
• Ability to work with engineering and data science on novel technical challenges.

Responsibilities

• Define the product strategy, roadmap, and GTM plan for Red Teaming AI within CrowdStrike Falcon Guardian.
• Partner with Data Science and Engineering to optimize detectors for recall and precision.
• Own dataset strategy, converter library, scoring, and findings model across production pipelines.
• Drive automation capabilities including CI/CD evaluations, scheduled runs, and public APIs.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and adjacent product lines to drive adoption and integration.
