CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking a Product Manager to own the automated Red Teaming AI capability within the Falcon Guardian ecosystem.

You will shape the strategy for testing AI workloads at scale and partner with Data Science and Engineering to improve detector recall, precision, and coverage against AI threats. This high-visibility, autonomous role requires translating offensive AI research into scalable product requirements, driving cross-functional execution, and delivering value for customers

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management in cybersecurity, AI/ML, or emerging tech.
• Understanding of offensive security concepts and security testing automation.
• Strong knowledge of LLMs, AI agents, and AI-specific attack vectors.
• Experience turning security workflows into product requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own product vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategy for Red Teaming AI.
• Define dataset and converter strategies, detectors, and scoring.
• Lead cross-functional engineering with data science to meet recall and coverage goals.
• Collaborate on pricing, packaging, and integration with Falcon Guardian.
