Job summary

IntegriChain Incorporated is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the Provider Rebate Management domain end-to-end. You will drive the roadmap, align with Customer, Engineering, QA, and Operations, and partner with leadership to deliver value across complex rebate workflows.

You will work as a self-starter in a hybrid environment, collaborating with teams across the US and internationally, while ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive product management experience with ownership of complex products.
• Self-starter: ability to define strategy and own a roadmap in ambiguous environments.
• Experience in US Pharmaceutical Market Access strongly preferred — Provider Rebates, Commercial Contracting, Pricing, Claims Adjudication, or Chargebacks.
• Strong understanding of US Healthcare and Life Sciences systems, data, and workflows.
• Proven ability to lead within Agile (Scrum) environments and partner effectively with Engineering and QA.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Jira, Confluence, and modern product lifecycle management tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the multi-quarter product strategy and roadmap for Provider Rebate Management.
• Set direction for the domain by identifying needs and driving the roadmap.
• Lead discovery with customers and internal teams to validate real problems in rebates and payments.
• Map business processes behind rebate administration and pain points.
• Translate problems into epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate prioritization using value vs. effort and risk frameworks.
• Build business cases for investments and present to senior leadership.
• Partner with Engineering and QA through planning, estimation, and delivery.
• Own release readiness and coordinate launches across functions.
• Identify AI/LLM opportunities to reduce manual toil in rebates.
• Represent product in customer conversations and translate feedback into decisions.
• Coach and mentor business analysts on discovery and prioritization.
