Job summary

Cytiva seeks a Sr Product Manager for production-scale stirred-tank bioreactor platforms, reporting to the Director of Product Management - Cell Growth. You will guide strategy, lifecycle management, and cross-functional execution within Upstream and Fluid Management, with an on-site role at Marlborough, MA.

You will lead roadmap development, gather customer insights, build business cases, and drive portfolio growth while ensuring quality, regulatory, and commercial governance compliance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in product management, product development, marketing, or related field.
• Experience with market trends/analysis and lifecycle management.
• Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams and communicate at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, lifecycle management, and commercial performance of production-scale bioreactor platforms.
• Lead roadmap development, customer insights, and business case prioritization.
• Drive cross-functional execution with R&D, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain and Commercial teams.
• Develop portfolio strategies to optimize positioning, adoption, and global utilization.
• Ensure product availability and compliance with quality and governance.
