Join us as a Product Manager at Barclays, where you will play a key role in shaping and evolving strategic Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) technology capabilities across the organisation.

This is a senior Product Management role focused on leading a portfolio of multiple products that form part of a global GRC solution supporting 9,000+ users. You will work closely with product teams, engineering, technology and senior business stakeholders to define and deliver the product strategy, roadmap and capabilities that support effective governance, risk management and regulatory requirements across the organisation.

You will operate at an enterprise and global scale, balancing strategic product direction with delivery and adoption, while ensuring that products continue to meet evolving business, regulatory and control requirements.

Experience working within scaled Agile environments and proven experience engaging and leading discussions with senior stakeholders at Director and Managing Director level is essential. You should be able to translate complex technology, risk and regulatory requirements into clear product strategies, roadmaps and outcomes, alongside experience delivering technology products to a large user base with a strong understanding of product adoption, regulatory requirements and control effectiveness.

To be successful as a Product Manager, you should have:

• Strong Product Management experience within ServiceNow, ideally managing or delivering ServiceNow products and capabilities at an enterprise scale
• Strong experience within Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC), with a good understanding of governance and risk technology solutions and how they support regulatory and control requirements
• Experience managing multiple products or a product portfolio, ideally across a large-scale enterprise or global environment

Some Other Highly Valued Skills May Include

• Financial Services experience, particularly within a highly regulated enterprise environment
• SAFe experience or certification, with an understanding of scaled Agile delivery practices
• Scrum Master, Agile Coach or equivalent Agile certifications
