Job summary

MoneyGram International is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead Pricing Delivery and Display across its digital surfaces, including Money Transfer and Bill Pay. This role owns strategy, roadmap, and API-driven merchandising, focusing on optimizing calculator experiences and driving customer conversion and retention.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of product management experience, ideally in remittances or money movement.
• MBA or master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven success optimizing product enhancements and experimentation; experience running a/b tests in PostHog is a plus.
• Experience partnering with engineering to deliver well-designed APIs that meet customer needs.
• Strong analytical skills; ability to work with messy data and proxy signals.
• Experience with systems that have high compliance, operational, or fraud considerations.
• Comfortable with ambiguous problem spaces and moving from zero-to-one with clarity.
• Ability to connect customer insights, business needs, and technical feasibility; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute and analyze a/b tests to optimize calculator-driven conversion and retention across product lines.
• Develop a data-informed product roadmap balancing speed, scale and performance metrics.
• Expand Pricing Delivery APIs with Marketing and third-party vendors for new price merchandising use cases.
• Own product performance metrics like calculator conversion and overall merchandising impact.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver on product objectives and roadmap.
