Job summary

NovaSensor, an Amphenol company, seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead the pressure-sensing portfolio strategy and commercial success. You will partner with Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Marketing to shape roadmap, accelerate NPI, and strengthen competitive position.

You will mentor product management talent and serve as the customer voice across the organization while guiding portfolio investment decisions and working with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in an Engineering discipline; 5+ years delivering new product development projects on time and on budget.
• Experience operating within a matrix organization in sensors, MEMS, or related technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• High energy self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience delivering projects within APQP standards (desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from business award through start of production, ensuring on-time, on-budget, high-quality delivery.
• Direct and coordinate cross-functional, cross-site, and multi-disciplinary teams to achieve successful product launches.
• Develop, execute, and adapt project plans, allocating resources and responsibilities, managing day-to-day operations.
• Apply APQP methodologies, preparing tollgate reviews for business leadership and proper archival of documentation.
• Manage project financials, including budgets, expenses, investments, revenue forecasts, and cost targets.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration, leading meetings, managing scope and change control.
• Be the central point of contact for both customer and internal organization.
• Drive accountability and execution discipline, fostering continuous improvement.
